Parameters created from MashupGlobalPropertyBinding are no longer bi-directional with the new Collection Widget (Themeable) in ThingWorx Platform 9.6

Description
- MashupGlobalPropertyBinding were bi-directional before, they are now unidirectional with Collection Widget (Themeable)
- Migrated to new Collection Widget and can no longer bind values from the parameters specified in MashupGlobalPropertyBinding
- New Collection Widget does not seem to support binding parameters from MashupGlobalPropertyBinding out to parameters within the Mashup that contains the Collection Widget
- MashupGlobalPropertyBinding would allow it's parameters to have both a source and target binding with the Legacy Collection Widget
- New Collection Widget (Themeable) only allows the parameter to have a target binding
