Description
- Creo Parametric, Windchill Workgroup Manager, Arbortext Editor fail to connect to Windchill server with a licensing error message:
- Insufficient Windchill license to Windchill Server, <Server Name>, connection to <Server Name> is refused

- Insufficient Windchill license to Windchill Server, <Server Name>, connection to <Server Name> is refused
- Windchill Workgroup Manager fails to connect to CAD application with a licensing error message:
- Insufficient Windchill license to integrate with CAD application: <CAD App Name> and Windchill Server <Server Name>, connection to <CAD App Name> is refused
- Insufficient Windchill license to integrate with CAD application: <CAD App Name> and Windchill Server <Server Name>, connection to <CAD App Name> is refused
