  • Operating System Windows Vista/7 or later

説明

  • Integrity Client の起動が次のいずれかのエラーで失敗します。
    • Attempt to launch MKS Integrity Client Timed out
    • JVM_Bind error
    • Another client instance is already running
    • Cannot install service pack over current version
    • Attempt to launch MKS Integrity Client Failed. Check path specification to MKS Integrity Client.
    • Attempt to launch Integrity Client timed out. To solve this please try the following:
      - Verify that the user you are logged in as has read and write permissions to the Integrity Client install directory.
      - Make sure the Integrity Client install directory is the very first entry in the path
    • Unhandled Exception c0000005 immediately after attempting client launch
    • Malformed \uxxxx encoding.
    • [STDERR] Can't create cache file!
    • MKS124813: Could not create the requested user interface: The icon should not be null.
  • PATH変数の先頭にクライアント bin ディレクトリを指定せずにフルパスで Integrity クライアント コマンドを呼び出すと、次のエラーがスローされます。
    • Failed to connect to Integrity Client. Ensure that another Integrity Client
      is not running under the context of your configuration file (by default
      IntegrityClient.rc) and that the IntegrityClient.port specification is valid.
    • Error accessing port and/or authentication data
  • Integrity Lifecycle Manager アプリケーションに接続できません
  • クライアント統合チェックボックスをオンにした状態で PTC Requirements Connector (WRC) を RV&S サーバーに接続すると、次のエラーが発生して失敗します:
    •  Attempt to launch Integrity Client timed out
