- Devices are unable to connect to ThingWorx Platform via WebSocket (WS)
- See one or both of the following in the Edge device logs (e.g.wsems.log):

TW_SSL_READ: Error reading from SSL stream

- Time out error when using WebSocket connections to connect devices to ThingWorx Platform
- Difficulties to establish device connections to the ThingWorx Connection Server
