- 无法在 Creo Parametric 或 Workgroup Manager 中连接或注册 Windchill 服务器
- Windchill PDMLink：通过服务器管理窗口在 Creo Parametric 中注册 Windchill 服务器失败，并出现错误：
The Windchill server is unreachable. This may be due to the server being down or the location URL provided is incorrect.

- 无法注册 Windchill 服务器，错误信息如下：
Wildfire cache location %appdata%\PTC\Wildfire\.wf cannot be loaded
- 无法进入工作区，没有错误提示，工作区无法加载，屏幕一片空白。
- 尝试激活工作区时无法注册
- 注册服务器时会话过早退出
- 运行 Windchill Workgroup Manager 后，Creo 无法加载缓存。
- 打开 Creo 或 WGM客户端后出现错误：无法加载位于 <path> 的缓存。
- Creo Parametric 在 Windchill 连接的会话中冻结或无响应

- 客户端配置为使用嵌入式 Chromium 浏览器（config windows_browser_type chromium_browser ）
- 客户端已配置为启用 SSL CRL 检查（config browser_enable_crl_check yes ）
- 在 Creo Parametric 嵌入式浏览器中，CAD 文档中工作区项目或复选框无法显示，且处于挂起状态。
- 但在公共空间中，所有内容都可以正常显示。
- 在 Creo Parametric 的对话框中输入用户名和密码后，无法登录 Windchill。
- 工作区界面显示的是 10.2 版本样式，而不是预期的 13.0 版本样式。
- 清除本地 Google Chrome 浏览器的缓存并没有解决问题。
