1. Create a Responsive Mashup
2. Add a Button widget and bind its click event to Navigate function
3. On Navigate function set target window type as Popup
4.Now make the positioning as static and set fixed height and width
5. View Mashup, the container will be centrally aligned
6. Now click on button
