在 Windchill 中应用 CPS 或 MOR 后，间歇性收到“503 服务不可用”或“服务器暂时无法处理您的请求”错误

• 部署CPS后，访问Windchill系统不稳定。
• 将CPS或MOR更新到 Windchill PDMLink 11.0 M030 CPS15、11.1 M010 CPS07和11.1M020 CPS03或更高版本后，随机出现503错误。
  • 刷新浏览器几次后应该就能正常工作了。
• 不同的症状和错误
  • 首次尝试访问 Windchill 时需要刷新页面。
  • Creo Workgroup Manager 与服务器的连接正在断开
  • Windchill工作组管理器与服务器的连接正在断开
  • 用户需离线工作
  • 无法上传文件

• 网页浏览器显示服务不可用错误：

  • WVS作业监视器（原发布监视器）中的错误消息：

 proe2pv Error:56113: Failed to register Windchill server "http://<server>/Windchill" "publish1234.tmp" - -4

• Proepublish.bat（手动发布）第二次尝试就注册成功了 Windchill。
• Windchill服务器状态页面间歇性显示“SERVLET ENGINE NOT RESPONDING”错误
• Windchill服务器状态页面间歇性显示“方法服务器未响应”错误
• 有时用户无法登录 Windchill UI，并收到HTTP 响应 503错误；刷新浏览器页面后，用户即可登录 Windchill UI。
• 更新远程文件服务器上的 Apache 后，广播配置间歇性失败。
• WinDu 任务失败，出现wt.method.AuthenticationException错误
• 有时， windchill wt.auth.Authentication命令会失败并出现错误。

• 由于 Solr 无法下载对象，因此无法对其进行索引。
  • Solr 日志中存在错误

• Apache访问日志错误

 "GET /Windchill/servlet/WindchillGW/wt.httpgw.HTTPServer/ping HTTP/1.1" 503
"GET /Windchill/wtcore/test/dynAnon.jsp HTTP/1.1" 503

• 在更新过程中，已选择“保留 HTTP 服务器配置文件”选项。
• 使用浏览器尝试访问副本服务器网关 URL 时（无论是在同一台机器、Windchill 服务器还是任何其他客户端机器上），都无法访问。浏览器中显示“服务不可用 (503)”错误。
• Windchill 用户界面空白，方法服务器日志中未发现任何错误
