  • /ThingworxPlatform/platform-settings.json文件中已配置了用于登录支持门户以自动获取许可证的有效凭据，但许可证文件更新失败。

Please make sure the LicensingConnectionSettings settings in the platform-settings.json in the ThingworxPlatform directory are correct. If your server is not connected to the internet please use the request file licenseRequestFile.txt created in the ThingworxPlatform directory to do a manual install of the license
