  • Creating diagnostic packages should be considered an essential part of receiving support for Implementer issues.  Diagnostic packages provide more than 50 internal Implementer tables and data areas that help us diagnose many issues.  Once Implementer Update is configured, it takes less than 10 minutes to create a diagnostic package.  Please note that, if your issue needs to be elevated to our development team, they will most likely require a diagnostic package to help resolve the issue.
