说明

  • PTC RV&S（原名 Integrity Lifecycle Manager）服务器启动失败，出现以下错误： 
    •  Unable to request application license. Unable to startup Security Service mks:name=License not started due to errors: License problems: Can't Connect to License Server (-15, 3002) (Connection timed out: connect)
  • 发生下列任一操作后，PTC RV&S /FSA/代理服务器无法启动：
    • 服务器已升级或迁移到新的操作系统 (OS)。
    • 网络/防火墙配置已更改
    • 许可证文件已替换为新文件。
  • 服务器启动时出现许可证错误： 
    •  Shutdown requested by Configuration service. Reason: Unable to request application licenseUnable to startup Security Service: Service mks:name=License not started due to errors: License problems: Can't Connect to License Server (-15,3002). 
    •  Not a valid license server system host. Exiting.​
    •  “Shutdown requested by Configuration service. Reason: Unable to request application licenseUnable to startup Security Service: Service mks:name=License not started due to errors: License problems: Can't Connect to License Server (-15,3002) <licenseserverhostname>.”
  • 服务器启动时或用户尝试访问项目时发生错误： 
    •  "MKS124789: You require an Integrity Client license with configuration management capabilities"
  • FLEXnet 服务器的debug.log.txt文件中出现以下错误： 
    •  FLEXnet Licensing error:-1,359 System Error:2 No such file or directory
  • 服务器因以下错误而未启动： 
    •  * * * * ERROR * * * * (0): WrapperSimpleAppMain: Shutdown requested by Configuration service. Reason: Unable to request application licenseUnable to startup Security Service: Service mks:name=License not started due to errors: License problems: FLEXlm version of client newer than server (-83,3027)
  • 在 Flexnet Web Portal 的仪表盘面板中，会显示以下警报或错误消息： 
    •  Vendor daemon down: MKS No such feature or vendor does not exist: MKS
