Description

  • Flexnet server status is shown as Unreachable under License Summary when installing 
  • Flexnet license is not recognized and displayed Status "Unreachable" during Creo installation
  • License is not recognized at Flexnet installation displayed as Unreachable status
  • Getting the warning Unreachable when trying to set 7788@ServerName in License Summary 
  • License server status shows unreachable while reconfiguring 
  • License status does not change to available
  • Error, "Windows could not start the service lmadmin_ptc service on local Computer" while starting services from services.msc.
  • Error: Service is not responding to control function
  • In a newly installed Windows 10 pro (version 1709 & 1803) the installation of FLEXnet 11.14.1.2 ends with Unreachable status
  • Updating license server with a new license file shows Unreachable status 
  • In Creo 3.0 M100, when Drag & Drop the new license file, the server status shows Unreachable even thought the license.dat is updated on the server.
  • Smooth installer license installation hangs with status unreachable
  • "Warning: No FLEXnet licenses were detected at the specified location. Please verify that a FLEXnet server process is running on the specified host...." when installing Creo Parametric using existing license server.
  • Warning "No FLEXnet licenses were detected at the specified location. Please verify that a FLEXnet server process is running on the specified host(s) Also verify that sever port numbers were specified correctly. Select OK to continue or Cancel to change your input" when installing/updating Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire, Creo Elements/Pro 5.0, and Creo Parametric using existing license server
  • Error "Source: 7788@ <server host name/server IP address> with Status: Unreachable" in License Summary area while installing Creo 2.0 using existing license server
  • Flexnet gets stuck on Starting when putting the new license file
  • Installation of Creo View MCAD or Creo Illustrate shows server is unreachable.
  • Flexnet Admin License Server freezes on the License Identification Page
  • Flexnet Admin License Server stops responding during installation on the License Identification Page 
  • Getting an error message: "Vendor daemon down: ptc_d" in Flexnet Admin Web Interface
