Description

  • Customized DITA, acl (Arbortext Command Language) or java application or stylesheet or burst rule, developed for client
  • Debugging a custom APPLICATION for Arbortext Editor (AE) and Arbortext Publishing Engine (APE) and errors occur that don't occur with the out of the box APPLICATION(s) that are distributed with the product
  • A migration to DITA was done by a partner and the ditamap created has many context checking errors and will not burst properly 
  • Development was done by PTC Global Services or Third-Party
  • Develop a specific customization to manage S1000d/S2000M objects
  • Problems accessing custom menus
    • The issue pertains to the operation of a Third-Party plug-in
  • Customized acl or java application or stylesheet or burst rule is no longer working as expected
  • New custom requirements that need to added to existing customization or stylesheet or FOSI or XSL
  • Migrating to new version of AE or APE and need to modify stylesheet or FOSI or XSL to support new version
  • Moving  custom acl/java code/stylesheet/burst rules developed for older version to new version of software
  • Customizations performing slowly in new version of software
  • Detailed Network performance and topology investigation requested
  • Configuration of CAC access for AE
