Layouts are not loaded correctly when export soft types and import them in another Windchill server in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- When exporting soft types with layouts information and then importing them in another Windchill server, layouts are not loaded correctly
- Attributes previously configured in the different layouts are not configured correctly in the new Windchill server
- Attributes appear in the table Available Attributes and not in the layout table as configured previously
- Is it mandatory to export Parent type instead of subtype
- Unable to remove an attribute view from the SoftType layout i.e edit layout
- The attribute is still shown under the Softtype layout after removing it from the Parent type layout
- The inheritance for the SoftType layout of the attribute is not working
- The layout is initialized after exporting from another environment and importing
