Edge connections that utilize WebSocket are not able to connect to ThingWorx Platform hosted by PTC Cloud

Description
- Edge unable to connect to ThingWorx 9 platform hosted by PTC Cloud
- Edge SDK is getting a 503 error when tying to connect to a PTC Cloud hosted ThingWorx 9 Platform
- Several Kepware instances are no longer able to connect to multiple ThingWorx instances hosted in PTC Cloud
- All Edge connections to PTC Cloud Hosted ThingWorx Platform are failing despite the fact that no changes were made
- ThingWorx Connection Server is not connected to the ThingWorx Platform under Monitoring > Connection Servers
- Edge devices are hosted on-premises and can no longer connect to a PTC Cloud hosted ThingWorx instance
- Getting the following error when accessing https://<ThingWorx FQDN>/Thingworx/WS
- 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable - nginx
- KEPServerEX/ThingWorx Kepware Server is unable to connect to ThingWorx Platform and shows the following in the Event Log:
- Without ThingWorx logging:
- Error ThingWorx Native Interface Connection to ThingWorx failed. | Platform = <host>:443/Thingworx/WS, error = could not establish a websocket connection.
- With ThingWorx logging enabled to Debug:
