Check In Creo Parametric models fails randomly with Server Error "Cannot retrieve family table neutral data" in Windchill PDMLink

Description

  • Cannot Check In Creo models with Server Error:
Parameter "WEIGHT" of type "Real Number with Units" is not consistent with the corresponding Windchill attribute of type "Real Number". The parameter type must be changed in the CAD tool or undesignated before check in.
  • Attempting to workaround behavior by undesignating the parameter in the generic doesn't work as client continues to get "Server error: Cannot retrieve family table neutral data" messages
  • The Upload failure may occur with new created data as well as with already checked In Family tables
  • Random upload error after performing minor modifications to some Family tables and tryin to check them back in 
  • The following errors is thrown in the Method server log:
Unable to get FT cell value for the column - WEIGHT
