Description

  • Model Update command for Cognos fails with an error message "CM-SYS-5192 An error occurred with Content Manager"
  • Windchill is configured with SQL Server 2016
  • Below error is observed in ModelUpdate.log file :
    • 2020-12-02 08:08:48,321 ERROR [main] wt.method.MethodResultException - CM-SYS-5192 An error occurred with Content Manager.
      Exception in thread "main" (wt.fc.fcResource/0) wt.util.WTException: The operation: "updateThirdPartyReportModel" failed.
      Nested exception is: wt.method.MethodResultException: *ERROR* Server side Exception has occured: See MethodServer log for details
