Description
- When a connection is made to any endpoint with the ThingWorx Remote Access Client, (RAC) the message Uncaught error: read ECONNRESET is shown
- This doesn't affect any of the active connections but is confusing to end users
- The behavior of Remote Access Client diverges when using Edge Microserver (EMS) and Axeda Agent on ThingWorx Platform
- Uncaught error: read ECONNRESET is seen when connecting to an Asset via the RAC on ThingWorx Platform
- When connecting to an Axeda Asset via the ThingWorx Remote Access Client, getting the following error in the UI
- Uncaught error: read ECONNRESET
- Seeing the following banner in the ThingWorx Remote Access Client when connecting to an Asset
