"Import to Workspace" fails to import when objects under "Specify options" step are strikethrough with warning/error in Windchill PDMLink

Description
- When uploaded objects are imported from local disk using import to workspace wizard, following Error/Warning are observed under Specify options step :
- Warning: The imported object is not modified; but based on different version
- Error: The imported object is modified; but based on different version
- Can't import a local file to workspace with strikethrough
- Steps to reproduce the error message:
- Add CAD Document to an workspace
- Modify in the workspace (checkout or continue option)
- Make sure to save and upload
- Export the file to disk via export from workspace
- Remove the modified object from workspace
- Perform Import to workspace operation to import the exported file
- It shows the error message on the Import to workspace wizard step#2
