- Submit Orders and Check Access Pricing and Availability rights are not applied to the users correctly
- These rights are set ON on ServiceGroupProfile but Pricing toggle and Submit Order button are not shown on InService UI
- This occurs if the settings are created on the browser with primary language is Japanese
