Description

  • In the installation guide it is said that ThingWorx can be installed on a Microsoft SQL server in mixed authentication mode, creating a local SQL server user named twadmin:
    • Used to create the database inside the MS SQL server
    • Have ThingWorx connect to the MS SQL server
  • Is it possible to install ThingWorx on Windows authentication mode, without the need of creating a local SQL server, if the company policy doesn't allow to use Microsoft SQL server in mixed authentication mode?
  • Installing ThingWorx Platform backed by MSSQL with Windows authentication (aka Domain authentication)
