Description
- Getting error Failed to authenticate user while publishing AR experience with specific user account details from Creo Parametric.
- With same user account credentials, user can log in to PTC eSupport portal
- Cannot publish an Augmented Reality linked to a Thingmark
- Credentials dialog box is prompted again and again
- Unable to log in while publishing Augmented Reality model
- After multiple try, a dialog box named Publishing Failed is displayed with this message Publishing of Augmented Reality Experience Model failed.
- In Fiddler, in HTTP requests captured about AR from Creo Parametric return error code 401
- Error Unauthorized appears in browser when enter username and password to Publish an Augmented Reality (AR) experience
