Description
- ProEngineerStart() API returns PRO_TK_GENERAL_ERROR (-1) if Windchill server has been pre-registered on Creo Parametric Server Manager and Creo Parametric is running in no_graphics mode.
- The following contents are recorded in trail file.
! Message Dialog: Error
! : The server XXXX is currently not available. Check your connection to the server or contact an administrator.

- APIs related to Windchill server will fail when Creo Parametric is running in no_graphics mode, such as APIs to change workspace, activate server, check if server is online, etc.
