Description
- User gets pop-up error message when trying to validate Windchill Performance Advisor
- Error message displayed in the Method Server logs after activating debug loggers from the Resolution section
- Windchill Performance Advisor failing to send reports with following error message in Background Method Server logs:

- Method Sever logs shows below error:
ERROR com.ptc.ms.jwt.controller.JWTController Administrator - Exception occurred : Failed to create token to send Feature Usage report to PTC as the port 443 is blocked. To resolve this, open port 443 and restart server to allow Windchill to fetch key from PTC.Close the port 443 when done
- Emails are received with the error: "Sending of the Windchill Performance Advisor report to PTC has failed due to: Required Certificates are missing."
- While performing the Test Transport via Performance Advisor; it's failing with "Test Transport Failed. Certificate is missing in Java trusted store"
