Description
- MethodServer-log4j.log contains:
- Caused by: javax.naming.InvalidNameException: "cn=xxxxx,ou=xxxxx,ou=xxxxx,ou=xxxxx,dc=xxxxx,dc=xxxxx,dc=com": [LDAP: error code 34 - 0000208F: LdapErr: DSID-0C090715, comment: Error processing name, data 0, v1db1�]; remaining name:
- The Active Directory dn contains an escaped forward slash (i.e., "\/")
- Can be returned:
- When attempting to login
- During UpgradeManager Populate the fields FullName, Last and email in the WTUser table standalone migrator
- While adding participant in Participant Administration page getting error: Page could not respond: /ptc1/principalpicker/principalPickerCD_step
