AutoCAD fails to connect to Windchill Workgroup Manager Client if File/Tools/Help menus are missing

Description
- If any of the native File, Tools or Help menus are missing from the AutoCAD application menu bar, AutoCAD will display the error dialogue indicating that: -
Unable to connect to Windchill Workgroup Manager. If more than one instance of the authoring application is running, new one will run disconnected.
- and the Windchill Workgroup Manager will show an error message like Failed to enable action.., e.g. Failed to enable action client help.
