Description
- Multi-byte characters like Russian and Chinese are not exported to PDF files
- Exported PDF files from Windchill do not contain multi-bytes characters like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Russian characters
1. Set browser locale to Russian or Chinese
2. Create a part A and access the parts detail page
3. From the toolbar report section, choose export to PDF

- Observe that the exported PDF file contains a blank value instead of multi-bytes characters
