New Self Service Portal Released

A big THANK YOU to all who clicked the banner and tested the beta release of the new portal. Over 2,500 of you tried out the new experience and we received 14 feedbacks on things to improve. We've evaluated impact and addressed all important issues, and will start to redirect all customers to the new Self-Service Portal from today.
For those accessing for the first time, be sure to share some details with us in the onboarding app, so that we can display more relevant and tailored content, and enhance your experience.

Our aim is to make it easier for you to access digital support services and resources based on your needs and interests, and so increase the value you get from PTC's products. Please let us know whether or not we achieved our aim by using the feedback button, top right.

This short video, which is also available in the top navigation, gives an overview the key features of the page, and there is an FAQ which we'll update on a regular basis.
