PLM Health Checks are delivered in a structured way to gather information, analyze the data and present recommendations using PTC Customer Success experience, industry and product best practices. The PLM Health Check can serve as an Opportunity to maximize value and improve PLM Strategy.


  • Align: Define expectation with the owners, understand necessary outcomes, and begin to frame key needs from a data-gathering perspective
  • Gather Data: Collect information around PLM usage, the intent of the solution and the reality of how the solution is being used
  • Analyze: Data regarding system use, processes, practices, and adoption methodology is analyzed based on PTC best practices
  • Recommend: PTC provides clear recommendations for improvements based on established pain points and future business outcomes

  • Rapid data capture based on application analysis and role-based user interviews. An analysis led by a PTC Expert who provides a report on Windchill usage and improvement areas targeted role-based learning plan. An improvement plan, ROM costs, benefits.
