Jeff Coon is PTC’s SLM Product Management Director, overseeing the segment’s augmented reality tools. With 34 years of experience in field service, Jeff’s career began as an AH-1 Attack Helicopter Repairman in the U.S. Army. After his time in the service, he worked as a technical illustration specialist at Boeing for five years until he joined ITEDO Software as a technical engineer in 2000. In 2006, he was named PTC’s Principal Application Engineer for the company’s illustration tools, defining implementation strategies for Boeing, John Deere, and others.
Julian Ferrett
Julian Ferrett is PTC’s Senior Technical Specialist, maintaining subject matter expertise on PTC’s Service and Parts Information Solution. With 7 years of experience, Julian is well versed in various Service and Parts Information Solution products such as Creo Illustrate, Arbortext IsoDraw, Windchill Service Parts, and others. At PTC, he provides delivery of customer-specific demonstrations and presales customer support. Julian graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Scott Thompson
Scott Thompson is a Technical Specialist working with PTC’s service lifecycle management tools for the creation, management, and delivery of service content. Scott is a subject matter expert in multiple tools, including Arbortext Editor, Creo Illustrate, Windchill Service Information Manager, and InService content delivery system. He has worked with PTC for 5 years.
