In this service, a PTC expert will help you understand how the Windchill Data Model is structured and guide you on how to effectively retrieve it for ThingWorx Navigate. You will acquire an in-depth understanding of how the relationships work and how to expose the right data for your ThingWorx Navigate needs.

This is an 8-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. A kick-off call to outline goals, set expectations and review the use case
  2. A mentoring session led by a PTC expert focused on providing an overview of the Windchill Data Model

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • You must complete the Customer Questionnaire
  • You must identify and prepare one use case (up to 2 for a smaller use case) for PTC to cover
  • You must have familiarity with Windchill Business Objects terminology
