Optimize your Windchill Performance and Stability

How it works

This is a 3-day engagement and includes the following activities:

1. Prior to the engagement, a PTC Engineer will contact you to communicate Service Delivery plan
2. You will then share your Windchill logs with PTC
3. The PTC expert will analyze the data provided and document any findings in a report.
4. PTC will then schedule a one-hour meeting with you to present the report, provide recommendations and respond to questions.

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

• Your product must be running Windchill 10 or later version

Outcome: Receive a report containing identified performance issues and recommended solutions.
