You’re empowered to start a new Employee Resource Group, organize a volunteer service day, or run a hack-a-thon—innovative thinking is encouraged and good ideas move quickly around here.
Play can spark some of the best ideas. Inviting a colleague to a game of ping-pong or having a quick chat over a latte, can often inform or shift our thinking in ways we never expected. And we like new ways of thinking.
To allow for employees to connect and relax, many offices host weekly social events—which includes free food, drinks and entertainment. From socials and meetups to our internal social network, Yammer, there are a lot of opportunities to meet people, share ideas and collaborate.
We are part of the community. From two paid days off to volunteer to a Week of Caring and Earth Week programs around the globe, we are a strong supporter of our communities and local causes. PTC offers funding, employee donation match, mentorship and leadership for many local organizations including the FIRST robotics competition.
