We believe that employees do their best work when they feel they belong, and those benefits can only be realized when all employees feel safe and empowered to be their true selves every day. Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are groups of employees who join together at PTC based on shared characteristics, life experiences, or interest around particular activities. ERGs provide employees with valuable leadership, mentorship, and networking opportunities at PTC, and have been a contributing factor toward our ability to build a more inclusive work environment.


Mission: To empower and provide members with the tools and resources to further their careers while showcasing different cultural aspects of the Asian culture to all PTC employees.



Mission: To promote individual and collective growth through various resources for black employees at PTC.



Mission: To build a global fitness- and wellness-focused community and support network to share knowledge and encouragement as we progress on our unique personal journeys.


Mission: To empower parents and caregivers at every stage in life to be successful both in the office and at home with a support system where they can ask questions, lean on each other, and learn from the wealth of parental/caregiver knowledge at PTC and from outside experts.



Mission: To provide tools and resources that empower global employees to discover, drive, and support green, sustainable practices both at home and at work.


Mission: To mobilize the Latino and Hispanic employees to embrace and promote professional growth, raise diversity awareness within PTC, and augment its business impact and contribution.



Mission: To find and share information and ideas on exponential and disruptive technologies so that every person at PTC can feel inspired and drive innovation in their professional and personal lives.
