There are many unique teams within HR at PTC. Each plays a crucial role in driving our culture and creating a meaningful employee experience.

  • The Benefits Team manages the global employee benefits experience to help all employees thrive in all aspects of their lives.
  • The Compensation Team oversees the distribution and management of compensation to all global employees.
  • The Employee Communications and Engagement Team enriches the global employee experience through effective communication, worldwide events, and innovative programs.
  • The Inclusion and Diversity Team celebrates and promotes a sense of belonging for all employees around the world by empowering and respecting what makes them unique.
  • The Talent Acquisition Team recruits and attracts top talent to drive PTC’s strategy forward.
  • The Organizational Development Team creates strategic plans to achieve new levels of effectiveness, productivity, and personal development.
  • The HR Business Partners work with business leaders to align talent strategy with business objectives.
  • The Employee Services Team is the first point of contact for employees needing HR assistance in addition to ensuring accurate and complete employment information is maintained for all employees.
  • The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) team is responsible for the support and maintenance of PTC’s human capital management systems. They support processing employee data, generating HR-related reports/analytics, managing system upgrades/implementations, and maintaining data integrity.
