How is Prism at PTC making a positive impact?

Prism offers programs and content that help celebrate and spotlight Pride Month, help support the community, and help contribute to the long-term happiness and success of LGBTQIA+ employees and allies at PTC:

  • Sponsoring global PTC Pride events
  • Supporting nonprofit organizations with help from the PTC Foundation, such as the Trevor Project and Community Servings’ “Pie in the Sky” Fundraiser
  • Participating in visibility movements such as “Wear Purple for GLAAD Spirit Day”
  • Offering training sessions to help educate PTC employees on LGBTQIA+ subjects
  • Collaborating with BE@PTC to celebrate intersectionality
