PTC takes pride in supporting the veteran community, including employees who are military veterans or family members of a veteran. Our employee resource group, Veterans at PTC, provides veterans and their family members with valuable opportunities for mentoring, networking, and professional development, while advocating for company policies and benefits that address their unique needs.

How does the PTC Veterans ERG make an impact?


Veterans at PTC creates a positive impact across the company by focusing on several key objectives:

  1. Advocacy: Representing the interests of veterans within PTC and advocating for policies and benefits that address their unique needs and challenges.
  2. Support and Inclusion: Fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion by providing a supportive network for veteran employees.
  3. Transition Assistance: Assisting veterans in transitioning from military to civilian life, including navigating the corporate environment and understanding what benefits and resources are available to them.
  4. Community Outreach: Engaging in initiatives that support the broader veteran community, ranging from volunteer work with veteran-focused nonprofits to partnerships with veteran service organizations.
  5. Awareness and Education: Increasing awareness and understanding of veterans' experiences and contributions by sharing stories of veteran employees, participating in our annual Home Base push-up challenge, and educating managers on how to support veterans within their teams.
  6. Recruitment: Working with our recruiting teams to attract and retain veteran talent.
