In this service, a PTC InService expert will assist you in changing how information is displayed when a user prints a given InService view. Changes includes items such as: fonts, placement of information, or displaying fields not currently displayed. After completing this service, you will have one updated InService Print Template and your staff will understand how to update the remaining Print Templates.
How it Works
This rapid outcome is an 8 hour engagement and includes the following activities:
A PTC InService expert will provide a template for your staff to use to mock up the new view before the session begins.
A PTC’s InService expert will provide up to one (1) day of support to assist your team in updating the print stylesheet for the selected data type.
The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:
You must attend InService Administration training.
You must have working knowledge of Corporate web standards, XSL-FO and XSL.
Outcome: Understand how to change how information is displayed when a user prints a given InService view.
