In this service, a PTC expert will work with you to address a specific change or business transformation your company is facing. PTC will host strategic workshops to map out the change impact and stakeholders’ perspectives of the change by defining the groups impacted, level of impact and reaction to change.
How it works
This rapid outcome is a 40-hour engagement and includes the following activities:
PTC will prepare and coordinate with your identified project lead and align on current change and departments impacted
PTC will interview up to five department heads to determine impact
PTC will create a detailed report of change impact on each department
PTC will prepare a Change Enablement Plan that identifies a communication plan and the measures to involve each department

You must identify a single change that you or your organization is facing
Your department heads must be ready for interviews at start of engagement
Outcome: Create a detailed impact map of all stakeholders.
