How it works
This rapid outcome is a 40-hour engagement and includes the following activities:
PTC will conduct an analysis of the change and create a Change Network strategy
PTC will create a Change Network detailed plan based on roles
PTC will create Change Network tracker used to bring issues to resolution
PTC will present the Change Network plan to the change network team members
