Setup a Training Infrastructure Stage your training environment so that it's fully ready for delivery.

Prior to delivering training, it is required that all the training infrastructure is setup and ready for training delivery. The training infrastructure service ensures that the users have an engaging and controlled solution experience and that the training environment is ready to support the training delivery defined in the training and mentoring plan.

How it works:

This rapid outcome is a 40-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. PTC will review the training plan and solution being implemented.
  2. PTC will ensure all classrooms and virtual training environments are scheduled and ready for delivery. PTC will also validate that training data is staged correctly and the environment is accessible by all locations where training is delivered
  3. PTC will setup and document the training environment reset process for all instructors to follow prior to class as well as ensure attendee track and feedback can be captured

Prerequisites:

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • You must have training plan defined and system configuration documents available
  • Configured enterprise solutions will require a training environment
