How it works

  1. Prior to the engagement, a PTC Engineer will contact the customer to communicate Service Delivery plan
  2. The customer will then share their Windchill logs with PTC
  3. The Performance Engineer will analyze the data provided and document any findings in a report.
  4. A one-hour meeting is scheduled with the customer to present the report and respond to questions.
