In this service, a PTC expert will check the Windchill configuration for tuning problems and will use detection techniques to identify any visible high impact performance issues.
How it works
This rapid outcome is a 3-day engagement and includes the following activities:
Prior to the engagement, a PTC Engineer will contact you to communicate Service Delivery plan.
You will then share your Windchill logs with PTC.
The PTC expert will analyze the data provided and document any findings in a report.
PTC will then schedule a one-hour meeting with you to present the report, provide recommendations and respond to questions.
The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:
Your product must be running Windchill 10 or later version
