How it works

  1. Prior to the engagement PTC Engineer will contact Customer to communicate Service Delivery plan.
  2. During the engagement, PTC Engineer will collect Creo Smart & Connected data, identify and review the most impactful Creo issues, analyse the data and generate the report.
  3. A concise report containing Engineer’s recommendation will be sent to Customer.
