This Rapid Outcome is an 2-day engagement and includes the following activities:
Prior to the engagement, a PTC Engineer will contact you to communicate the Service Delivery plan.
During the engagement, the PTC Engineer will collect Creo Smart & Connected data, identify and review the most impactful Creo issues, analyze the data, and generate the report.
The engineer will provide you with a concise report of recommendations.
