The Monitor and Troubleshoot PSM rapid outcome is a 1-day engagement intended to help Windchill administrators getting full advantage of PTC System Monitor. This service consists in a mix of training and practice sessions.
As part of this knowledge sharing session,a PTC Engineer will review PSM basic concepts, navigation & functionality, and general strategies to supervise and troubleshoot Windchill Server.
How it works
This rapid outcome is a 1-day engagement and includes the following activities:
Prior to the engagement, a PTC Engineer will contact you to present the training structure and get the list of participants (limited to 5).
Training will be held from 9am to 5pm.
Once service engagement is completed, training materials are shared with the participants.
The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:
A PTC System Monitor solution must be deployed
Basic Computer system and networking skills are recommended
