  1. Prior to the engagement, a PTC Engineer will contact the customer to present the training structure, get the list of participants and identify which bespoke modules should be covered.
  2. Training is then delivered from 9am to 5pm over two days
  3. Once the service engagement is completed, training materials are shared with the participants.
