In this service, a PTC expert will help to improve your capacity to pinpoint, diagnose and resolve configuration and setting issues. This service focuses on Windchill basic troubleshooting methodology and best practices on what you should do when facing an issue and covers specific modules to tailor the training to your specific needs.
How it Works
This rapid outcome is a 2-day engagement and includes the following activities:
Prior to the engagement, a PTC Engineer will contact you to present the training structure, get the list of participants and identify which bespoke modules should be covered.
Training is then delivered from 9am to 5pm over two days
Once the service engagement is completed, training materials are shared with you

You must have basic computer system and networking skills.
We recommend you have basic Windchill system experience.
