In this service, a PTC expert will work with your implementation team to review the goals planned for the new solution, interview up to 5 key stakeholders, conduct a short survey of 50 users, review if best practices are being followed, and report results.

How it works:

This Rapid Outcome is a 24-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. PTC will review business goals and adoption plan for the deployed solution with your team.
  2. PTC will interview up to 5 of your takeholders to gather feedback on communication and education process.
  3. PTC will setup a short 10-15 question survey for up to 50 users to understand usage of best practices and what was trained.
  4. PTC will provide you with a report of the feedback and survey results to show current gaps and achievements.

Prerequisites:

The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • You must have a deployed solution.
  • You must have an adoption strategy with business goals defined.
