In this service, a PTC Learning expert will work with you to create a detailed plan to engage your stakeholders. PTC will gather required details by interviewing identified stakeholders to evaluate their current state and provide a detailed plan to maintain a high level of engagement throughout a change.
How it works
This Rapid Outcome is a 40-hour engagement and includes the following activities:
PTC will prepare and align with you on current change and stakeholders.
PTC will conduct interviews with the stakeholders you have identified to gather required details.
PTC will create a detailed report of the stakeholder’s current state for you to leverage.
PTC will provide you with a detailed plan on how to keep the stakeholders engaged through a change
