Create a Training Strategy

Define your education strategy and get approval from stakeholders.

In this service, a PTC expert will make change attainable by defining an education strategy for your organization that uses the right methods and content. PTC will work with your team to understand the learning preferences of the organization, identify up to 10 user roles, and map the required training content and best delivery methods.

How it works

This Rapid Outcome is a 40-hour engagement and includes the following activities:

  1. PTC will create an initial education strategy based on information captured in the initial interview with your program lead.
  2. PTC will review all impacted groups and gather the preferred education methods and initial user role information.
  3. PTC will create a specific education strategy for your organization for stakeholder and sponsorship approval prior to any training delivery.


The following criteria must be met before this service can be consumed:

  • You must identify stakeholders and sponsors.
  • You must complete the change impact analysis.
  • You must identify your change network.
