Service Description

In this service, a PTC expert will make change attainable by defining and education strategy for your organization that uses the right methods and content.

PTC will work with your team to align on mapping out up to 10 user roles, understand the learning preferences of the organization, and map out the training content required and delivery methods that best fit.

How it works

  1. PTC will create an initial Education strategy based on information captured in initial interview with customer program lead
  2. PTC will review all impacted groups and gather the preferred education methods and initial user role information
  3. PTC will create a specific education strategy for your organization for stakeholder and sponsorship approval prior to any training delivery is started


Prerequisite: Must have stakeholders and sponsors identified, change impact analysis completed and must have a change network identified
